Yuang-Hsun Chang, President and CEO
Mr. Chang has devoted himself
to cable machinery design and manufacturing for over four decades.
Mr. Chang has founded several companies in wire & cable
industry. Besides making the strategic desicion and giving direction
for Pan-Pioneer, Mr. Chang is also a primary member of senior
management group of several other companies .
Prior to starting his first
company over three decades agao, Mr. Chang was the manager of
department of cable machine designer for PACIFIC Electric Wire
and Cable Co., Ltd. which was the biggest cable/wire manufacturer
in Taiwan.
Joe Chang, Managing Director of Sales Support
Joe joined Pan-PIoneer after working for General Motor
as a senior engineer for several years. Joe's expertise includes
automation and control system design. Joe has great contribution
in computerized control system design and development at Pan-PIoneer
and other companies.Joe has extensive experience and knowledge
with the products in wire & cable machinery industry. Currently,
Joe is mainly in charge of the sales support and product development.
Joe
holds a M.S. of Electrical Engineering from Univesity of Washington
and has won numerous prizes for his talent in compter programming.
Ph.D Chung-Ming Chi, Engineering Manager
Dr. Chi brought in over 10 years industrial
experience working for Raytheon, Shaw group and Washington group
in U.S.A. Dr. Chi has successfully managed several multi-million
dollars research projects for the previous companies. Dr. Chi
manages projects development for Pan-Pioneer.
Dr.Chi has earned his Ph.D in engineering from University
of Minnesota.
Carol Chang, Director of Client Services and Trading
Department
Carol has worked in wire and cable industry
for more than 10 years with diversified and progressed responsibilities.
With the experience of working for start-up, academia and fortune
500 companies in USA, Carol has built up great connection with
the customers world wide. Currently, Carol is in charge of the
sales and trading department in United States and Europe for
Pan-PIoneer.
Carol has earned a Master of liberal art from Harvard
University and a Master of Science from University of Houston.
Min-Ling Yung, Attorney
Ms.Yung is the attorney of Pan-PIoneer that she provides legal
consultation and service to our senior management team. Ms. Yung
has practiced corperate law in Taiwan for many years. She is also
a licensed attorney in United States.
She holds
a
LLD from Case Western University.
